The Swarm dropped just months before the 10-year anniversary of No Man’s Sky, with an unusual community expedition that splits the Traveller entity into three: ROYAL (R) SAGE (G) WEAVER (B). These three colors, to be reunited into their original, unfragmented form, must construct a prism(atic core) by competing and working together in a set of three tasks that fight against the swarms released by the Hive of Glass.
Thematically, and departing from prior expedition styles, we’re all fully committed to this expedition until we all complete it together, no Traveller left behind.
Personally, I have a sneaky suspicion that this expedition leads us to a sizeable update for the 10-year anniversary of a Familiar Universe.
